From DFM to Machining
Mold making is a complex, high-precision process that requires a high level of skill and experience to minimize your costs.
DFM
Step 1
As soon as the customer confirms the mold order, our engineers immediately begin an initial analysis of the parts to determine the parting line, gate positions, and other critical factors.
Mold design and mold flow analysis
Step 2
The second step involves design software for the mold design and the utilization of predictive modeling software to simulate the behavior of molten material as it enters the mold, enabling us to make further design enhancements.
CNC machining and EDM

From Mold Trial to Mass Production
From mold trials to mass production, we collect data at every step to ensure all criteria are met, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient mass production of your part.
T0 to T1 (or Beyond)

Once the mold is completed, our team conducts a trial run and produces T0 for internal evaluation then fix any issues and conduct T1 trials and collect samples to send to our customers for review.
Improvements if Necessary

Based on our internal analysis and customer feedback on the T1 samples, we review the mold design with the customer and make any necessary adjustments.
Mass production and shipment
