A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If it is very urgent, please call us or send an email so we can expedite.
Q: What type of CAD files do you accept?
A : We accept files in STEP, STP, IGS, and X-T formats. You can upload your files directly to our website or send them as an email attachment to: xhyw05@gdxiehong.com.
Q: Do you provide product assembly service?
A: We offer full assembly and testing service, we can provide production run with full CM service.
Q: How do you ensure the quality of the products before shipment?
A: If you are unable to visit our factory and do not have a third-party inspector, we will act as your inspection representative. We will provide a video detailing the production process, including process reports, product dimensions, structure and surface details, packaging information, and more.

A: The selection of plastic materials depends on the specific application of your product. We will provide recommendations after reviewing the function of your component.
